Regulation (EU) 2020/1056 — the eFTI Regulation — establishes the legal framework for the electronic exchange of transport documents between economic operators and competent authorities in the EU.
Croatia is required to establish the National System (NSCP) that enables competent authorities to access eFTI data, and that is interoperable with platforms certified at EU level.
