The NSCP project is progressing according to the planned time frame. A key milestone in the establishment of the national digital infrastructure for freight transport was achieved — which ranks the Republic of Croatia among the member states that are actively advancing in the implementation of the eFTI regulatory framework.

## Progress in the implementation of the NPOO project Funded through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NPOO), the NSCP project is implemented in cooperation with the Ministry of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure (MMPI) and the Agency for Commercial Activity (AKD). So far, the key phases of infrastructure development have been successfully completed: defining the system architecture, establishing the development environment and integration with the European eFTI ecosystem. These milestones confirm that Croatia is on the right track towards the full establishment of the NSCP within the stipulated period. ## Next steps towards the operational phase After the completion of the technical infrastructure, the next phase includes testing the system with selected economic entities and competent authorities. This phase is expected in the second half of 2024, and upon successful completion, the system will be gradually introduced for widespread use. Interested business entities can already get information about the conditions and process of joining the NSCP via the project's website.
